PARCELNOTICE / ABOUT

Property correspondence for engineering and land projects.

ParcelNotice helps surveyors, civil engineers, planning teams, utility providers, contractors, and project-related legal and title professionals prepare property-owner correspondence.

The North Carolina pilot connects to NC OneMap for all 100 counties. You can also import a CSV, correct recipient details, merge your own wording, and download letters, #10 business envelopes, or Avery 5160 labels.

Choose wording for the work at hand

Prepare survey introductions, voluntary access requests, engineering updates, neighborhood meeting invitations, utility-work letters, construction notices, and project document or easement inquiries. Twenty template choices include custom wording and the existing North Carolina statutory entry drafts. Each choice shows the relevant project fields; you can edit the subject and paragraphs.

Built for a small, repeatable workflow

Select properties, review mailing addresses, prepare the wording, then download. Logo placement, organization footers, phone formatting, and recipient grouping keep repeat work manageable. The pilot supports up to 250 selected parcels per batch.

Free to use, with room for relevant sponsors

The tool is free during the pilot. Relevant sponsor banners help support the tool and rotate below the working area and public guides. Sponsors will not receive your uploaded owner lists, project details, or letter contents.

What to review before mailing

Parcel data can lag behind a county’s current records. Check ownership, mailing addresses, and the displayed source dates before use. A generated letter is a document draft; the tool does not determine whether a particular entry right or notice period applies to your project.

ParcelNotice is independently operated and is not an official county, municipality, or NC OneMap service.
