PARCELNOTICE / GUIDES
Prepare construction neighbor letters
Give neighboring property owners a clear project contact and useful information about upcoming work.
1. Choose the purpose
Use a construction neighbor introduction at the start, a work schedule letter as activities are confirmed, or a temporary access request to begin a discussion with an affected owner.
2. Make the details concrete
Enter the work, project area, anticipated dates and hours, and expected effects on access or services. For temporary access, identify the proposed location, duration, and arrangements to discuss. A request letter does not create an access agreement.
3. Review and prepare the batch
Verify the selected properties and owner mailing addresses. Add the project contact and letterhead, preview each recipient, and download the letters. Check that the schedule and contact details remain accurate when you mail them.
