PARCELNOTICE / GUIDES

Print parcel-owner envelopes or labels.

Once your recipient list is reviewed, ParcelNotice can make an address-only PDF for #10 business envelopes or Avery 5160 mailing labels. You do not need to write a letter first.

1. Start with reviewed mailing addresses

Create your owner-mailing list and check each owner name and mailing address. The property’s street address is not necessarily the owner’s mailing address. Choose Print envelopes or labels in recipient review.

2. Choose the output

OutputPDF layout
#10 business envelopes9½ × 4⅛ inches; one recipient per page
Avery 5160 labelsUS Letter; 30 labels, 1 × 2⅝ inches each

For envelopes, you may include the organization name and return address entered in Letter setup. Leave this option off when using preprinted envelopes. Mailing outputs contain the recipient address, not PINs or letter text.

3. Generate the PDF

Confirm the mailing review checkbox and download the selected format. If the tool flags a missing address, return to recipient review and correct it before downloading.

4. Check the print settings

Use 100% or Actual size, one-sided printing, and the paper size matching the PDF. Disable Fit to page. For envelopes, select #10 Envelope and landscape orientation, then follow your printer’s tray and feed instructions. The printable area and feed direction depend on the printer.

For labels, use a fresh compatible 30-label sheet and US Letter paper settings. This pilot starts at the first label; it does not offset output to use partially consumed sheets. See the Avery 5160 template specifications when checking stock.

Test one envelope or a plain-paper label page before printing the batch. Hold the test page against the label sheet to check alignment.
